Next week is Food Waste Prevention Week. If you have extra packaged food that is still fresh, uneaten, & healthy, #donate it rather than compost it. If you cannot donate it, #compost it by removing ALL food packaging first. Search for "Edible Food" at zerowaste.dc.gov/what-goes-where.
