It beggars belief that the CCRC have so far taken one year per ground to review Jeremy Bamber's grounds of appeal - to date the Chair and CEO have been forced out but it seems the same staff carry on at a snail's pace - this is a scandal that cosmetic change won't fix

This is beyond belief. I am so angry that the CCRC will not allow Jeremy's case to be sent to the Court of Appeal. They have had the exculpatory evidence since March 2021, it has taken them this long to reach the wrong decision. The proof is there. theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/j…

The CCRC has given its PSOR as to why Jeremy’s case does not meet the threshold to refer the case to the CoA currently. They have only considered 4 of the 10 grounds. We will be challenging this decision as it’s fundamentally flawed. In some instances the CCRC has overlooked
