There are 2 outs why is he not just going to 1B. Defense and baserunning have gotten so bad throughout baseball and softball. Nobody teaches the game at the younger levels anymore. There is no attention to details. He won’t get taken out of the game for it or even scolded for it.

Competitive Spirit is something that is hard to teach at the college level- wait , it’s impossible to teach at the college level…. They have to come to campus that way

Trisha Ford has A&M softball sitting 3rd in the country. Today she described a story she had with the freshmen about the difference of having fun and hard work. Good stuff.

Because most college kids are kids who lack the real life experience to be considered adults, and most kids believe their parents and other mentors know what's best for them, and they implicitly trust them. I find it hilarious that you don't understand that.

Everyone EARNS their chances to play. Sometimes, you earn ONE shot, or maybe TWO...and if you're lucky, you might earn THREE,,,but if you don't take advantage of those 'chances' , then you cannot complain if you don't get a FOURTH.

So proud of this team and all they have accomplished so far this year. Most wins in single season school history and counting! Going from the worst placed team our first season here with only 5 wins total to this is incredible. A new standard is being put into place!

Say it for the people in the back. A very select few players need to transfer. If you don’t stay at a school, then you never have the chance to get developed. If you aren’t getting to showcase your skills then you might need to transfer if you are playing and getting better stay.

ONLY if you could see my DMs. Turned around a program where people can be proud of a winning record and folks still dont want that program to win ball games. I will never understand peoples logic on why programs that have had bad records should never have good records.

Congratulations to Chloe Smith on being named the Conference Carolinas Softball Freshman of the Month presented by ConferenceCarolinasTravel.com! In the final month of the season, she posted a 4-4 record with a 2.92 ERA. She hit her first collegaite home run on April 25 #TeamSWU

Transfers: If you’re coming from a D1 school where you didn’t play much I’d highly recommend you consider looking at other levels (D2 or D3) if you’re wanting to play and make an impact! Got to stop thinking “D1 or bust”. Ton of talent at all levels!

It’s obvious to me that Liberty struggles with changes and rises and they feast on hard and down. Why take your rise change pitcher out with a 3-1 lead and put what they like in? 🤷
