The workforce/resources do not exist to provide basic rehab, let alone more, for people living with frailty in the health/social care system. This costs way more than rehab itself & more importantly, drastically reduces quality of life in the final years of patients & loved ones.

It gets me right in the feels when lovely people share pictures of their little ones enjoying Big Bear, Little Bear and #Dementia. I hope, in some small way, this helps to nurture a generation who are kind & understanding towards people affected. (shared with consent)
