One does not win over people with the same old argument. A person or brand's logic and/or intelligence are not enough. If anyone intends to change people's minds the message needs to be different - it needs to be creative. It has to speak to them, their humanity.

It is easy to see why so much advertising struggles. Marketing and advertising people do not know how to persuade people. Persuasion is an art form.
