Garrett Hargan It’s long past time to take a long hard look at the financial and investment capabilities available to the city. In the absence of a xborder think tank, local officials rely too much on special pleading, consultants selling templates, and civil servants.
A year ago today. The scandaI still refuses to go away. It is shameful that Derry is denied its own university, independent of Belfast, 175 YEARS ON. In years to come, Garrett Hargan's book will be compulsory reading for students of Stormont's discrimination west of the Bann.
