I raised the issue of dual mandates today. I think we should ban MSPs from sitting as MPs or in the House of Lords, where they could take a leave of absence. The Scottish Government has agreed to consult on the issue at pace.

As a result of the UK Labour budget there will be an additional £3.4bn coming to Scotland. It should be transformational for Scotland's public services. The SNP must not squander this opportunity for change through more incompetence.
