Brilliant research day University of Gloucestershire hosted by VALD Performance and organised by Hayley Legg who talked about fall prevention with aging - talks also by visiting ass prof Paul Read on ACL rehab and RTP, Craig Barden on neck strength and concussion - 70 practitioners in attendance

Day 4 of ECSS and a brilliant presentation from Anna Ferguson showcasing our work on fitness standards with firefighters. This is part of our University of Gloucestershire Contract with the fire service to improve fitness standards- very busy and good questions #ecss2025
