When we let kids navigate challenges: ✓ They develop resilience ✓ Learn to self-advocate ✓ Build problem-solving skills ✓ Gain real confidence These skills serve them far beyond sports.

Instead of clearing obstacles, help them develop tools: 1. Teach respectful communication 2. Help process emotions 3. Guide goal-setting 4. Discuss problem-solving strategies 5. Model good sportsmanship

Remember: Your role isn't to make sports easy for your child. Your role is to help them become capable of handling challenges. Their struggles today = their strength tomorrow. What step will you take to step back and let them grow?
