Do not agree with EMT in asthma, no human tissue evidence, in fact negative with no core tissue structural Rbm fragmentation as key to EMT. Evidence is more in vitro in asthma (produced). EMT is central to COPD as evident from empiric human tissue work & further confirmed 😊

Wonderful news: Dupixent is approved by USFDA. It achieved significant reduction in exacerbations; showed improved #lung function and health-related #QoL in inadequately controlled #COPD and an eosinophilic phenotype. sanofi.com/en/media-room/…
