Covering Canada as well as the US for BloombergNEF (and being a Canadian-in-law by marriage), I always appreciate the chance to talk about decarbonization in the Great White North. Thanks to Canada's National Observer for giving me the opportunity to talk about it!

VP debate Twitter is funny because it’s 99th percentile politically engaged weirdos trying and failing to inhabit the minds of undecided voters with predictably terrible results.

Longtime AZ residents in ANY county, if you are told you need to provide proof of citizenship for your ballot to count, please DM me or email [email protected]. I’m hearing this might be happening outside of Pinal, too. But have not confirmed and need voters’ help.

A clarification on the EV EO—the President can’t unilaterally rescind tax credits. 30D/25E/45W are not impacted. Rescinding the EPA rules does have an impact on scores because of the connection between the rules and credit uptake. But the underlying credits aren’t changed.

The alarm bells are already ringing for nuclear. SC governor Henry McMaster recently wrote a letter to Congress saying: "Without the existing federal tax credits and loan programs for nuclear power, our efforts to finish [the] V.C. Summer [project] are dead."
