Case conference next week MUSC Electrophysiology let’s go! Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS Jeffrey Winterfield @MiguelVldrbno William H. Sauer, MD

Hot off the press 🔥: Over 50% of patients with PerAF in the U.S. undergo catheter ablation as a first-line rhythm-control therapy, and their outcomes are similar to those referred to ablation after failing class I/III AADs. authors.elsevier.com/a/1j0iB_,5U2zt… JACC Journals Stelios Tzeis

So much fun with my team MUSC Electrophysiology today at #HRS2024 and #WomenInEP Heart Rhythm Society Jeffrey Winterfield George Waits Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS

Honored to launch farapulse MUSC Electrophysiology. Thanks to Jeffrey Winterfield for his support of junior faculty. MUSC-WomenInCardiology MUSC Cardiology Fellowship Programs George Waits

Great last weekend on call and last VT as an EP Fellow with Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS. Summit/midmyo substrate. Terminated with single HPLD lesion at the RLC. Note earliest signals distal CS which were even earlier at AIV. From VT storm to non inducible with triples. 🔥 MUSC Electrophysiology Aaron Matthews

Great start of the new fellowship year with star fellow, Matt, doing superior approach VT ablation and terminating VT during first RF lesion and junior fellows doing first burn termination of PVC Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS Jeffrey Winterfield JessicaVKaczmarekMD Chau Vo

EP Pioneer Award at KCHRS for none other than Dr. Michael Gold , what an incredible saga through the SCD prevention journey and what an incredible mentor to so many… Congratulations Dr. Gold DJ Lakkireddy Heart Rhythm Society Kenneth Ellenbogen HCA Healthcare Mina Chung MD

Congratulations to new leadership for MUSC Electrophysiology Fellowship program, Program Director Rachel Kaplan and Associate Program Director Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS! Our training will continue to thrive under your excellent leadership.

Most grateful for the collaboration between MUSC Electrophysiology and MUSC Hollings Cancer Center to research novel radiotherapy ablation #SBRT #AblateVT with Siemens Healthineers #Varian as part of RADIATE-VT. MUSC Health Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS Phillip Cuculich, MD Paul Zei

ICM- large inferior scar. Good correlation of isthmus boundary with ILAM and Frequency Map 🎯. VT rendered noninducible by Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS at MUSC Electrophysiology more in comments…

LAD infarct VT. Critical isthmus and bystanders. Mapped, entrained, and ablated by the skilled Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS MUSC Electrophysiology #GridX

Proud to see Rachel Kaplan, our new MUSC Electrophysiology #PD, participating in Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Summit in hometown Chicago while the team here MUSC Health manages a VT storm on a Saturday morning with beautiful map and single burn termination. Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS Sergio Pinski Anne Kroman

Dramatic RV paced ILAM. Multiple breakouts through diseased septum followed by activation of a narrow corridor within 2-3mm of WT on inHEART imaging. Case by Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS of MUSC Electrophysiology. More info in comments.

Thanks Aaron Matthews for the excellent mapping. This was very impressive findings as pt became non inducible for VT after ablation of this critical isthmus. Jeffrey Winterfield Roderick Tung Pasquale Santangeli

Complex signals annotated precisely with #HDGridX and OT Near Field algorithm. How many channels do you see in this VT circuit? Incredible mapping and ablation by Bishnu Dhakal MD FHRS of MUSC Electrophysiology

Thank you brysontindal. This was very cool case with 4 different induced VTs using those critical channels. No inducible VT at the end.
