Today was my fifth trip to Eastern Egg Rock this month unsuccessfully seeing the Tufted Puffin. To add insult to injury about 30 minutes after we left the island a Bridled Tern was reported there.

Sixth time’s not, in fact, the charm. Another miss of the Tufted Puffin (and Bridled Tern) but another fun trip with good people.
