The Old Cape Quarter, which we're working on with Tower Property Fund, is nearing completion. This project brings a contemporary vision together with existing and heritage structures in an engaging mixed-use space. It will also be the new home of dhk, a move we're excited about.

Fostering a dialogue with young architects allows the next generation to enter the workplace equipped for what lies ahead. Our bursary students spent time over their September vac with the dhk team immersed in the day-to-day studio operations, from model making, to site visits.
