It’s always such a hard decision to stay in when I want to lay low when there’s a gathering happening that could lead to amazing connection. It's like, do I say no to fomo & get important stuff done at home, or do I push myself to be social?

Nothing inspires me to write more than when I read a sentence in a book or hear a line in a song that perfectly encapsulates an emotion or thought I’ve had and suddenly I feel like I’m not alone.

Doing my own PR for my book is absolutely hilarious at times. Like I’m just sitting here, alone in a room, doing reach out and being my own cheerleader basically. Sometimes I’m like wtf am I doing? I even start singing to myself to make myself keep going 😂 #writerslift

I truly believe everyone is creative in some way shape or form We’ve been sold that some ppl are and some aren't & it's bullshit 🙂
