The #PowerofZero LGE by #WhyCMR? In a meta-analysis of 4,519 HCM pts w/ baseline CMR, LGE=0 was assoc w/ low annual risk for sudden death events & excellent long-term survival up to 10 yr follow-up. Zero LGE had strong NPV in 7-yr follow-up from baseline CMR
