This morning’s session focussed on memory work, and together, we mapped the language, and feelings, and connections to and with nature into the ipbes values typology…

ipbes family, play, seasonal shifts, peace, joy, longing, ritual, care, all coming through this morning. We talked about ice cream and picnics, running with horses, the cold of winter (that sharpness that hits us in our nose)…building shared experiences from individual memories…

Doing one of my most favourite things today…

ipbes …the day continued with a body-mapping session…always a wonderful exercise - and one that draws on the morning’s memory texts as a springboard into the present…
