Getting serious about my compost game… goal is to compost as much garden/green kitchen waste as possible along with shredded plain cardboard. I had to import this Spin Bin composter from the US as they stopped selling the best in class Aussie Tumbleweed composter over here.

Interesting (good) dinner tonight - Home grown Lions mane mushroom spicy pasta. The mushrooms famously have a texture similar to lobster - which I can attest to now! ❤️🦞🍄‍🟫
