I had the best time chatting with 7th graders today about writing! They had non-stop questions after my author talk, and I joined their writing club, shared a prompt, and had the hardest time picking a winner bc their writing samples were too good!

I sold another book!! This one is inspired by all the Indian family reunions I went to as a kid (where there was tons of attempted murder!). It’s ridiculous, heartwarming, humorous and the 1st draft poured out of me. I hope y’all love it! PS - For fans of Dial A for Aunties!
