Solidarity with Resident Doctors today! Your consultants have your backs! Strike hard for what is fair and what you are owed

Ready for another day of Wes Streeting running away from the question: "Why are Doctors Assistants paid more than them?"

The IMF urges UK govt to end the pensions triple lock and charging for NHS treatment. Condemning pensioners to poverty and denying healthcare to low/middle income families is part of the right wing agenda. Anything to avoid taxing corporations & the rich theguardian.com/business/2025/…

Hello Wes Streeting I know that you’re a busy man but please could you clarify something for me. NHS Employers website claim that physican assistants work autonomously with support Ria and Andy are seeing patients just like a GP does . Is this safe ? ockham.healthcare/episode-40-ria…

You're wasting public money Wes Streeting Nothing new here, your funneling our money to train & sustain your PA project. Nondoctors earning 30% more than Dr's.

Repeating history Wes Streeting Your belligerent stance is throwing public 💰 down the drain and doing patients no favours. There is money, but you choose to fund PA'S costing £10k more per head than our Dr's. Why is this? Repeatedly asked this but you fail to answer.

A fully qualified doctor earns just £18.62/hr. A physician assistant can earn £24+/hr in their first year. More money. Less training. Less responsibility. And Wes Streeting thinks drs should just accept this? You don’t fix the NHS by devaluing drs. You fix it by restoring pay.

This you Wes Streeting ? You called Steve Barclay out for the SAME tactics that you’re using nod against Dr Melissa Ryan 🦀 Dr Ross Nieuwoudt Swallow your pride , get Acas in and TALK to the Resident Doctors to stop these strikes .

F.Y.W.W.O.C.B Eileen Molloy BBC Breakfast The Guardian ITV The Independent Led By Donkeys openDemocracy They are fully qualified doctors who have completed NQF7degree at the very least with £100K student debt They could stay as they are w/o specialist training but at £18/hour not worth it So it is exploitation

‘No additional funding’ for 2026/27 GP pay uplifts, Streeting tells DDRB So more cuts in patient access with GPs underemployed or unemployed 20% real terms cuts in funding since 2016 mean less access for patients Wes Streeting Stephen Kinnock pulsetoday.co.uk/news/practice-…
