I visited Roozengaarde/Skagit today to get some photos with 2 goals....1. no classic long rows of tulip photos (as nice as they are) and 2. come up with ways to get decent photos without people in them. I failed on one purposely :-)

It was a beautiful day out for photographing sports but I had no newspaper assignment so I shot the LC / Friday Harbor Softball game - photo gallery at DennisCairnsPhotography.com.

Troy Petz lands a 22' 2.5" long jump to take the 2A North Sub-Districts Title. Petz also took the Triple Jump (43-05.00) and was on the 4x400 Relay Team win. I covered the 2nd day of the Sub District and gave a couple pics to the Tribune. I will post more photos over the weekend.
