RARE CLOUD ALERT! Mammatus clouds formed following this afternoons storms. They form when cold, dense air sinks into the warm air underneath a big thunderstorm’s anvil top. They look like big clouds of popcorn! My second favorite cloud!

Flash Flood Warning for areas in Oakland and Macomb as storms continue to fill in from Rochester Hills to Farmington Hills to Warren.
