An Cathaoirleach, Cllr Cllr. Jim O'Leary unveiled a plaque in sunny Dundrum to honour local man Michael A Walker – a champion cyclist, 1912 Olympian and 1916 veteran. The fantastic ceremony, attended by Michael S Walker and many relatives and friends.


An Cathaoirleach, Cllr Jim O'Leary Cllr. Jim O'Leary unveiled a new plaque today commemorating Seán McGarry, TD, in Dundrum today. Seán McGarry (1886-1958) was born in 17 Pembroke Cottages and played a significant role in the path to Irish independence.
