Hey #MedTwitter! My name is David, and I will be applying #urology for #Match2025! I am currently doing a research year with John Gearhart, M.D. at the The Johns Hopkins Brady Urological Institute. The team misses you Tije!

We were fortunate to have Chris Jaeger of Beaumont Urology join us virtually today for virtual VP Grand Rounds to help identify issues in burnout but also strategies to address it. Burnout is a SYSTEM issue, and it takes a TEAM EFFORT with advocacy at the top to fix it.
