It would be a terrible error by Oxford Academic. Out of 100 reviewers I canvassed by me, only one expressed a preference for e-text and the majority stated they refuse to review e-texts. Their books will not get reviewed.

Alas, I am not the handsome man pictured; that's my subject. But please do come along and see me talk about this area that is very close to my heart and it also at the centre of the way we remember the First World War fighter ace!

I have read aloud every single one of the several dozen conference papers I’ve ever delivered and I am not sorry. Sorry.
