Another progression with my son and introducing different variables. Cant cheat and look for the feed. I say "go" and he turns and ball is fed upon the turn. Increases how fast he can process info and use his eyes and react. Good for athleticism and leg conditioning.

For those that DM'd me about one knee and youth. We always work both and remember the athleticism and the athlete will dictate a lot while introducing new progressions. No two are alike.

My son top of zone reception. Focus more of a posture prep to set your eye line at the top of the zone so receptions are working below your eye level. In some set ups balls in the zone at the top can be received above your eye and mask and appear to umps too high based on visual.

My son Cooper loving the game. He got a chance to rove with me for the summer and learned a lot during the workouts and games. The players at the affiliates challenged him and competed with him. Now he takes what he learned back to Club Club All Star

While working transfer drills more time should be focussed on pitches at the margins and out of the zone. Pitches down the middle as you move up get swung at and hit and never make it to your glove.

Unreal hire and hands down one of the best in baseball. Winning will be the norm under his leadership. Loved every minute working by his side. Made me a better coach and can really develop players!
