For the first time BBC Wales News can reveal 379 reports of alleged rape & sexual misconduct were made to health boards in Wales, in the last 4 years. BUT - many in the field say data is tip of the iceberg. The majority affected were staff. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/β¦
