We need to normalise putting the health and wellbeing of pregnant and breastfeeding healthcare workers above service provision.

Yes, the NHS is in crisis. Yes, accountability is important. But so is funding and resourcing it properly & paying staff a fair wage.

Ruth-Anna It’d be really great if they could streamline oversight and performance management requirements - at the moment it feels like death by a 1000 audits - all needing senior leadership oversight. Those leaders need to be focused on operations not the 20th version of the same KPIs.
