Just in #pharmacy buying hay fever tablets & was advised to go to GP & get them on prescription! So, an unnecessary GP appt (if I could get one) & more cost on the #NHS when the tablets are available OTC 🤷🏼‍♀️ Dreadful advice. So much for #SelfCare! #SelfCareForLife
