Looks like ChargePoint customer service is still as bad as it was last year. Second failure of my HomeFlex in less than a year and Iām getting the exact same runaround and non support I got last spring. Might need to demand a refund and replace it with something else.


Every Electrify America station along I95 From NC to FL has a line of 2-4 cars. Time to beef up capacity. They are all working, but there are not enough to meet demand.
