This week over 15 #DoseofNature participants got together to enjoy a beautiful #DawnChorus walk along the river by KewGardens. They walked along the towpath listening out for blackbirds, thrushes, sparrows, robins and lots more! #Morningwalk #NaturePrescription #Mentalhealth

DoN Director Alison Greenwood (centre) and colleague Elizabeth Bazalgette joined Mayor of Richmond and others including friends from Habitats & Heritage for a fish and chip cruise on the Thames organised to raise funds for both charities. Thank you to all who attended for the support!

Well done Michelle Beaumont! Thank you for supporting Dose of Nature. You rock! #Marathonrunner #Fundraising #SupportingMentalHealth

Kudos to Mayor of Richmond on a fantastic penultimate event! DoN Chief Executive Alison had a splendid time at Trumpeters House enjoying the sunshine with attendees and friends from Habitats & Heritage. Dancers from Rambert School put on a show and Richmond Music Trustās jazz was wonderful!

Alison and Emma at the opening of #MarbleHillHouse. We ran courses for #domesticabuse victims at its gardens last year, and since taking part, Emma is now a trained DoN #Guide who English Heritage asked to contribute to a short film now on display in the House. Proud of you Emma!

Thanks Marble Hill for inviting us back. We're so pleased to offer our nature-based, well-being workshop once again to #women affected by #domesticabuse. #BenefitsOfNature #MentalHealth

Thrilled to have received a very generous donation following the successful #RichmondHillOpenGardens event on a gloriously sunny Sunday in May. The #gardens were stunning, and we had such a lovely time. Thank you RichmondOpenGardens for your support!#BenefitsofNature #MentalHealth

We thank English Heritage for supporting women's workshops at #MarbleHillHouse for survivors of domestic abuse. Focused on increasing engagement with nature for benefits to #mentalhealth and wellbeing, the group enjoyed togetherness and creative expression in #MarbleHillPark.
