My 9yo competing in her first triathlon. She lost count of the bike laps & did one too many, coming in last, but IMO she did fantastically! Children in the UK, on average, do FAR too little sport or physical activity. It’s a foundation of a healthy life- we need to change this.

My view on weight loss injections on the NHS is fairly simple. The drugs should be available to those unable to lose weight via traditional methods- BUT GP surgeries HAVEN’T the capacity to deliver the service, so the NHS should make separate provision. How hard can this be? 🧐
