Dig more and everyone will be shocked by the presence of different health care systems and access to drugs within the same country. Access to and cost of most of the new drugs and thus their predictive markers is completly different in LMICs. Indeed a lot of work is still needed

The last line is the most important. "This is exploratory anaylsis...", an interesting one indeed. A well planned and powered RCT should be the next step and not further subgroup, under powered analyses
