New work by Charlie Rudin and colleagues where they propose subtypes of SCLC defined by differential expression of 4 key transcription regulators: ASCL1, NeuroD1, YAP1 and POU2F3. lots of big names in small cell here nature.com/articles/s4156…

Federally funded research has led to important advances that are transforming #cancercare, giving hope to millions of patients. We’re asking Congress to increase National Cancer Institute and NIH funding bit.ly/2TQhPl4

Wonderful presentation by @rdoebele on the activity of entrectinib in TRK fusion-positive NSCLCs. 7 of 10 confirmed responses and 4 of 6 intracranial responses. Interesting that 60% of patients had brain metastasis in this series. #AACR2019
