⚽️Children have been particularly affected by the escalation in conflict in eastern DR Congo since the beginning of the year. DRC teams and community volunteers organise weekly

In North #Galkayo, over 1,500 families from IDP & host communities now have safe and free access to clean water. With support from EU Humanitarian Aid | Central East Southern Africa , facilities were rehabilitated & constructed including a borehole, water kiosk, latrines, solar system, fencing & animal troughs.

Through the EU Riverine Project, DRC supported 350 households in #Jowhar with essential seeds. People from these households also joined Cash-for-Work activities to rehabilitate irrigation canals, boosting resilience. 🙏to EU Delegation Somalia for the support through SomReP.
