If I have another person tell me that we can't use contrast for a clinically indicated scan where contrast is necessary to answer the question because of fear of "contrast nephropathy" I am going to explode 𝙟𝙤𝙨𝙝 𝙛𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙖𝙨 💊
