Only that d so-called "restrictions" WILL protect kids from being targeted by the industry. Now, that is what we call "a reasonable policy" but clearly not reasonable enough for those who profit from getting kids addicted to nicotine! The SA tobacco control bill WILL save lives!

The EU Tobacco Products Directive introduced rules prohibiting liquids for ecigs which contain substances or additives that facilitate inhalation or nicotine uptake. A benefit-risk ban on menthol could be considered while other substances should be banned. tobaccocontrol.bmj.com/content/early/…
