Here, we developed galactose-functionalised micelles targeting senescent cells via elevated lysosomal β-galactosidase activity. Loaded with Navitoclax, they reduce toxicity to non-senescent cells, boosting the senolytic index and paving the way for safer, effective treatment!🧪✨
