Superman was quite different than I expected. The core three are excellent especially Rachel Brosnahan as Lois. The movie is jam packed, moves quickly, and feels fresh. An adventure from start to finish. Some bold choices made. Will see it again!

My theater for Superman was filled in IMAX. People clapped when it started. Cheered for the cameos. Clapped and cheered when it ended. Lots of laughter and joy. The hype is real I fear.

I miss TV shows with parties in every episode. Watching Revenge for the first time and they literally have a gathering in each episode. This Dynasty, 90210, and Greek were always throwing down.

I love the new Superman AND Man of Steel is a beautiful Superman movie until the third act big battle/destruction sequence. Superman & Lois is the best live action iteration, and Smallville is foundational. DCAU & JL/JLU is my Superman.

Why do all these reality competition shows have late additions. If you’re sending people home do not bring new players into the game. It’s not fair. People can come in later and never get a proper chance or get too much of advantage and steal the game.

Bachelor in Paradise is truly like another season of UnReal - what was the point of putting Justin and Susie in that situation. They are sending too many people home each episode. 24 hours is not enough time to forge any meaningful connections. And people talk about nothing.

Definitely going as Mr. Terrific for Halloween this year.

My biggest critique of the Building the Band groups is that all these folks can SING sing AND they do too many runs and riffs. Save it for the bridge or the final chorus. Give us the Sisqó “Thong Song” treatment. A good belt goes a long way. Less is more. And more classic songs!

I know hotels need time to clean but in the year 2025, regardless of what time I arrive, I want to check in. If my flight lands at 7AM, I would like to be in that hotel room by 7:36AM, on the dot. I’m coming straight there. I need to put my luggage away, shower, & change clothes.

You know what - the #3quency performance of “Have Mercy” truly was award show level insane. I wasn’t sold at first but they grew the most and worked the hardest. That’s well deserved. They look like professionals and peform like it.
