So let me get this straight...Leicestershire County Council would not be able to fly the Leicestershire County flag? Really? 🤔

So the position has already moved from Zia Yusuf saying: explicitly "only 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿" and goes on "no other flags will be permitted." Well, at least this is positive for counties. But what about Commonwealth or armed forces flags?
