Heading to Glasgow for Royal College of Anaesthetists College Tutors meeting. A great opportunity to share good practice and discuss the challenging head winds we face at the present. College Tutors are without doubt the unsung heroes of anaesthetic training and deserve our thanks the work they do.

The Royal College of Anaesthetists ‘s college tutor meeting in full flow. Our new vice president elect Sarah Thornton introduces some of the new guidance for training progression. More flexibility, better appreciation of training obtained in “locally employed” posts. Faster progression through training

Delighted to speak at this Royal College of Anaesthetists College Tutors meeting, and to see the supports offered to ND trainees & colleagues. Thrilled to chat to so many senior anaesthetists who are openly wondering if they might be neurodivergent. Such a huge change in a few short years 😎
