To all my fellow Americans out there, please remember and make time to have your opinions heard tomorrow by going to vote.

SCimilarity looks absolutely fascinating. I’ve always been a bit concerned about cell types missing from a selected reference dataset and leveraging many datasets with diverse cell types is a fantastic advancement. Keen to try it out on my next single-cell dataset!

Absolutely thrilled to receive this Data Insights grant with Joseph Powell from Chan Zuckerberg Initiative! This will allow us to continue our work understanding contributions to variation in health and disease at single cell resolution.
