Ultimate disorganisation & inefficiency: Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency have had my application for licence renewal for 2 months. I rang 10 days ago they advised “good news, it’s just been scanned in”! Right now I can’t get insurance & they have no idea when they’ll process. #FARCE ☹️🤬
