Our national audit of 877 nephroureterectomy cases showed that diagnostic URS lowered the T0 rate by 3% but added a median of 53 days to the time to definitive surgery. URS more than doubled the risk of bladder recurrence and increased the risk of early mets in >= T2 disease

The argument that “we need PAs due to a GP shortage” is a lie. The “NHS GP shortage” is deliberate & entirely manufactured 15036 doctors applied for 4096 GP training posts **10,940 doctors** were unsuccessful We have the doctors! NHSE are ensuring there are NO jobs for them!
