Their mistake has left many of my elderly patients without an in network primary care physician. UnitedHealthcare told me the new contract was initiated while the Medicare market was closed, so I was dropped from plans my patients rely on.
I haven’t been paid for UnitedHealthcare Medicare claims since Oct 2024. We’ve spent HOURS trying to fix this. UnitedHealthcare doesn’t even have a phone line for this issue anymore.
