Dear Ganesh, I understand your concern and point, we raised this issue of low rates of dialysis and other procedures with Niti Aayog meeting with Indian Society of Nephrology , however Indian Sn can only suggest. We will continue to fight for our young colleagues.

That’s true. I recently came across a shocker to know that some better rank dnb don’t want to join medanta Nephrology because there is too much work instead they want to go to places with less work. What about learning, work exposure? . What quality of future docs .

Obvious . Isn’t

If BCCI earns 500 crores, they pay 0 tax. If you earn 5 crores from agriculture, you pay 0 tax. But, If you earn 30 lakhs from salary, you pay 8 lakh tax. Do you know what's the root cause?
