Thoroughly enjoyed attending Tev Aho 's talk about #HoLEP vs #TURP. Lovely to personally witness the transition from 2-lobe to enbloc & now from late to early apical release. The TEV (T incisions for Early apical release and V incisions) technique makes sense and looks nice!

Trend is clear. Endoscopes are becoming smaller. Using 24Ch endoscope for HoLEP, 1 time tried 22Ch. The main question is visibility & whether irrigation is sufficient. For enucleation it is adequate. For morcel. not enough. Would prefer better image quality from the nephroscope
