This is rich. My landlord (Wolf & Associates) is charging all of its tenants $2.50 in new payment processing fees every month because THEIR property management software (AppFolio) is now charging for ACH. My rent went up $300/month in June. Absolutely degenerate behavior.

I used to think that i had this preternatural ability to remain even-keeled & generally happy, but a lot of new neurosci research has me thinking I'm actually just really good at sleeping. I'm putting in 8hrs+ every night and I can't recommend it enough. Don't sleep on sleep.
