David Second half of summer! We tracked our ‘peaks’ and the pattern of them spiking just before hols is clear. Christmas then Summer then Easter in decreasing amounts

David We looked at it by type of complaint also. Many historical ones that could have been dealt with previously but didn’t seem to be an issue then. Far greater percentage of financially and socially vulnerable families too
