Luke Kelly Festival this weekend, Smithfield Sq. Two FREE events. Saturday 2pm a panel on The Ballad Boom, chaired by Aoife Barry. A run out for the book! Sunday 2pm a panel on Ewan MacColl with Ronan Burtenshaw and Sandra Kerr, who studied under Ewan and Peggy Seeger.

#CollegeGreen as you've never seen it... An image from a Victorian-era platter shows “Moores Monument & Bank of Irel”. The statue of poet, singer and songwriter Thomas Moore was erected in 1857. The manufacturer opened in 1880, so this view isn’t any later than that date.
